Times Have Changed

Organizations with skilled communicators sell more product, have fewer misunderstandings, make fewer mistakes, create less waste and are able to manage conflict more effectively. Once viewed as a soft skill, the ability to effectively communicate in the 21st century workplace is now an essential competency that your entire team must develop.

Communication YOUniversity works with individuals, small and large organizations to assess their communication needs, develop a plan to address communication challenges and provide customized training designed to meet their communication needs. Nothing we develop is cookie cutter. Your organization faces unique challenges and opportunities.

Question – Does your team communicate effectively? – Is your team properly representing your brand?

Yes, I said $83 Billion! Poor customer service and ineffective communication can stifle the growth and progress of any organization. According to the research firm Greenfield Online and Datamonitor/Ovum in a recent study, “The Cost of Poor Customer Service,” the estimated amount of money lost by U.S. firms due to poor customer service is $83 billion per year.

In the same study, results revealed 71 percent of consumers interviewed had ended a business relationship due to poor customer service.
